Are disposable vapes guaranteed for the number of puffs?

Any disposable vape puff numbers is a guide from the manufacturer. There is no way to validate the number of puffs on bar explicitly until they start fitting puff counters on them!

Do you provide a warranty on disposables?

Yes, we are one of the only UK companies to provide a 48 hour dead on arrival policy for disposables. This means upon receipt we will refund or provide a code for any disposable that is dead. We ask all vapers to quickly test their disposables and pop them back in the box as soon as you receive them. This will not damage the disposable at all and is a good way to ensure you get what you have paid for.

Anything outside of 48 hours is not covered. We urge all vapers to check their disposables and enforcing the 48 hour policy sometimes leads to disappointment and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

I’ve started to lose a little bit of flavour what can I do?

Naturally as you reach the end of the life span of any disposable it will start to lose some flavour. We suggest to lay the disposable on its side so that the coil can be saturated for you to enjoy each last drop. Disposables are designed for a quick fix and not long term vaping. We suggest moving over to a pod kit once you make the switch as it is more cost effective!
