Holy Cow is a UK-made e-liquid brand built around one thing: rich, indulgent milkshake and dessert flavours that actually taste the way they’re supposed to. We’ve vaped the range extensively and it consistently delivers thick, creamy profiles that hold their flavour through a full day’s use without going thin or artificial. The brand specialises in shortfills and nic salt liquids, with options spanning High VG blends for sub-ohm kits and 50/50 formats suited to lower-powered devices. Whether you’re chasing a proper vanilla custard, a fruit-laced milkshake or something closer to a dessert after dinner, Holy Cow has built a well-earned reputation in the UK vaping community for delivering on the tin. Every bottle we stock here at Legion of Vapers comes through authorised UK distributors, so you’re always getting the real thing. Browse the collection below.

We’ve vaped a lot of dessert liquids over the years, and Holy Cow consistently sits near the top for flavour quality and consistency. The milkshake profiles are genuine: rounded, sweet without being sharp, and stable enough that a bottle tastes the same on the last puff as the first. That kind of consistency is harder to achieve than it looks, and it’s why this brand keeps such a loyal following.
Holy Cow is one of those brands where the first bottle usually leads to a second, because the flavour quality does the selling for itself.
The right Holy Cow bottle depends on the device you’re using, how much nicotine you need and how you prefer to vape. Here’s a straightforward breakdown.
Start with a Holy Cow nic salt. They’re designed for pod kits and MTL devices, deliver nicotine quickly and smoothly, and the sweet dessert profiles make the transition from cigarettes more manageable for most people. Pair with any pod kit drawing between 10W and 20W and you’re good to go.
Best nic salts after using disposables
If you’ve been on disposable vapes with sweet or milkshake-style flavours, Holy Cow nic salts are the closest match in a refillable format. The flavour character is similar, the nicotine delivery is comparable, and you’ll spend considerably less per week once you’re off disposables.
Disposable vapes vs refillable vapes
Go for a Holy Cow shortfill or High VG bottle. These are made for sub-ohm tanks and coils in the 0.2Ω to 0.4Ω range. At the right wattage, typically 50W to 80W depending on your setup, the creamy profiles open up noticeably and cloud production is solid. Add a nicotine shot to your shortfill if you want a light nicotine level, landing at 3mg/ml in the 60ml finished volume.
The 50/50 range hits a practical middle ground. It works across most devices without any adjustment, the flavour is clear and consistent, and the balanced PG/VG ratio means it won’t gunk up coils as quickly as a pure High VG blend. A solid option if you want to keep things simple.
If flavour is the main priority, High VG shortfills on a mesh coil sub-ohm setup will get the most out of Holy Cow’s dessert profiles. The dense vapour production carries sweetness and creaminess better than thinner liquids in lower-powered devices. A coil in the 0.15Ω to 0.3Ω range with plenty of airflow is the setup to aim for.
How to get more flavour from your vape kit
Every Holy Cow bottle we sell comes through authorised UK distributors only. No grey imports, no counterfeit product. Given how widespread fake e-liquid is in the online vape market, buying from a retailer with a verified supply chain matters. You’re getting the correct formulation, the correct nicotine content and a product that meets UK TPD compliance standards.
We keep our Holy Cow pricing competitive and run regular multi-buy deals across the range. If you find a flavour you like, picking up two or three bottles at once is usually the best value. Check our multi-buy offers for current deals.
Orders are dispatched quickly from our UK warehouse, with free delivery available above the threshold shown at checkout. No waiting around for overseas shipments – your order is in the post within 24 hours on business days.
Our team vapes every day. We personally use the products we sell, which means when you ask us whether a Holy Cow shortfill suits your tank or which nic salt strength works for someone coming off 20-a-day, you’re getting an honest answer from real experience, not a script. Get in touch before or after your order if you need a hand.
Holy Cow has become one of the most recognised dessert and milkshake liquid brands in the UK by keeping its focus tight and its quality consistent. Where many brands spread across every flavour category, Holy Cow has stayed in its lane and mastered it, resulting in creamy, layered blends that are noticeably more developed than cheaper alternatives.
Holy Cow is what a dessert liquid brand looks like when it stops trying to do everything and focuses entirely on getting one category right.
