Nic Nic is the go-to nicotine shot brand for UK vapers who buy shortfill e-liquids. Made by My Vapery and manufactured by Xyfil Ltd, a UK-based specialist known for some of the most consistent e-liquid production in the country, Nic Nic is built around one job: adding nicotine to your 0mg shortfill without ruining the flavour, the consistency, or the VG ratio you chose in the first place. The range covers freebase shots in 50/50, 70VG and 100VG blends, plus a 50/50 nic salt option for MTL vapers who want a smoother draw. Every bottle is 10ml, flavourless, and fully compliant with UK TPD regulations, with a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml. We stock the complete range, sourced from authorised UK distributors only.

The right Nic Nic shot depends on three things: your shortfill’s VG ratio, the device you’re using, and whether you prefer freebase or nic salt. Here’s how to match them up. For more on the difference between the two formulations, our freebase vs nic salt guide is a good place to start.
Go for the Nic Nic Salt 50/50 shot. It’s specifically built for 50/50 shortfills, which are the standard base for MTL and pod kit liquids. The nic salt formulation gives you a smoother draw at 20mg, which suits the tighter airflow of pods and MTL tanks. If you’re coming off disposables or cigarettes, the nic salt format is generally more satisfying at the same strength than freebase.
Use the 100VG shot. It keeps your high-VG shortfill in the right performance range and won’t introduce extra PG into a blend you’ve chosen for its smooth, airy draw. Stick to 15mg or 18mg depending on your preferred strength output after mixing.
The 70VG shot is the go-to here. It’s the most versatile option and works well with the majority of mainstream shortfills on the market, which are typically mixed to a 70VG/30PG base.
The Ice Shot adds a cooling effect alongside the nicotine. It’s a 70VG freebase at 18mg, so it follows the same use cases as the standard 70VG shot. Worth trying if you vape fruit shortfills and want to lift them without switching flavour entirely.
If you’ve been using a disposable vape at 20mg and you’re moving to a pod kit with a shortfill, the Nic Nic Salt 50/50 at 20mg will give you the closest experience in terms of satisfaction. Pair it with a 50/50 shortfill and a pod kit running above 1.0 ohm for MTL airflow. Our guide to nic salts after disposables is worth a read if you’re making that switch, and our best MTL vape kits guide will help you find the right device to go with it.
Nic Nic earns its reputation through consistency. Every batch is manufactured in the UK by Xyfil Ltd to tightly controlled tolerances, meaning the nicotine concentration you expect in the bottle is the nicotine concentration you get. For vapers who mix regularly, that reliability matters more than anything else.
Nic Nic stands apart because it treats the nicotine shot as a precise mixing ingredient, not an afterthought.
