The shortfill itself contains 0mg nicotine. To make approximately 120ml of 3mg e-liquid, add both included 10ml, 18mg nicotine shots to the bottle, replace the cap and shake thoroughly. The final strength depends on the strength of the shots you choose, including any upgraded shots.
