It depends on the device. The XROS series and Vibe SE are among the most straightforward pod kits available: fill the pod, inhale, done. The Armour and Gen mod range requires more setup and is better suited to vapers who already know their way around a box mod. We can point you to the right starting point if you are unsure.
At 20mg/ml nic salts, use a 0.8ohm or 1.0ohm pod for a tighter, smoother draw. The 0.6ohm pod works well with 10mg/ml nic salts. Avoid the 0.4ohm pod with high-nicotine liquids as the throat hit will be uncomfortably harsh. See our nicotine strength guide for more detail.
In our experience, a single XROS COREX pod lasts between seven and fourteen days for an average vaper, depending on usage frequency and which e-liquid you run through it. Sweeter liquids with high sucralose content will shorten pod life noticeably, so if you are going through pods quickly, check your e-liquid ingredients first.
