What is an ohm?

An ohm is the way coil resistance is measured. Coils that have an ohm of 1.0 or more are considered plus-ohm coils, whilst coils that have a resistance of less than 1.0ohms are considered sub-ohm. The greater the resistance, the less vapour is produced.

What ohm is better?

This answer to this question really comes down to personal preference. If you’re an ex-smoker or somebody who is about to make the transition from smoking to an e-cigarette, MTL vaping will most likely suit you better as it is more similar to that of a cigarette.
