If for any reason you wish to contact us please email us at the address below. We will try to respond to all queries within 24 hours. This may be longer at busier times however our response time currently stands at 2 hours. We will do our absolute best to support you in any queries or issues you may have.
If your query is relating to a delivery please ensure you have checked your tracking number (please check your junk/spam folder in case the dispatch email has been directed there). There may be times that your parcel may not arrive within the given timescale. Only DPD and Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed. All other methods are a guideline only.
If your query is relating to a fault please ensure you send us an email with the following so that we can troubleshoot our end:
- Name (same as used for order)
- Order Number
- Short description of fault
- Short video outlining the issue
- A shot within the video or separate picture of the bar code on the product box for identification purposes
Without the barcode there is very little we can do- we advise all vapers to please keep their original packaging in case of any issues arising. In order to access the warranty from the manufacturer the barcode and security codes, if applicable, are required.
