Coils/Pod

Whilst the Aegis Boost device itself is able to support both mouth-to-lung (MTL) and direct-to-lung (DTL) vaping styles, the kanthal coil that comes pre-installed in the device’s pod is a 0.6 ohm KA1 mesh coil designed for sub-ohm, DTL vaping. When you are looking to replace your device’s coils, you will need to select from the Geekvape Aegis Boost replacement coil selection. Alternatively, if you are looking to replace the whole pod, we stock Geekvape Aegis Boost pod cartridges, as well as the Aegis Boost XL pods.

e-Liquid

This pod device by Geekvape includes a 2/3.7ml e-liquid refillable pod that can be refilled via the silicone stoppered top-fill system. These pods accepts coils in a plug ‘n’ play manner while allowing you to adjust the airflow dial to find the perfect airflow rate for your preferred style of vaping.

Your pod mod will be better suited to different types of e-liquid depending on which coil you are using. If you are using the lower-resistance, 0.3 ohm coil, this will work best with sub-ohm e-liquids that are categorically high VG. These types of juices will also be best run anywhere between 25 and 33W. However, if you are using the device’s pre-installed 0.6 ohm coil, we recommend using your device with high-PG, nic salt, or 50/50 e-liquids. The choice is entirely yours, but the recommended wattage for these e-juices would be anywhere between 15 and 25.
