The Vaporesso XROS 6 Pod Vape Kit is a refillable pod system with a built-in 1800mAh battery and adjustable 5–30W output. Designed for both MTL and RDL vaping, it combines a 0.88-inch colour TFT screen, Eco, Normal and Power modes, adjustable airflow and full compatibility with the wider Vaporesso XROS pod range.

1800mAh Battery and Fast USB-C Charging

The 1800mAh built-in battery gives the Vaporesso XROS 6 substantial capacity while keeping the device slim and compact.

Vaporesso states that the battery can provide up to five days of use under laboratory testing, although actual battery life will vary depending on pod resistance, power mode and how frequently you vape.

Fast charging supports 5V/3A or 9V/2A USB-C input. Vaporesso says the device can reach about 50% charge in 10 minutes under its test conditions, making short top-ups practical when needed.

0.88-Inch Colour TFT Screen

The XROS 6 uses a 0.88-inch colour TFT display to show key vaping information such as battery level, wattage, puff count and selected power mode.

The screen makes it easier to check settings at a glance and gives the XROS 6 more control than simpler screen-free devices in the XROS range.

Both button firing and auto-draw activation are available, so you can use the device however you prefer.

Eco, Normal and Power Modes

The Vaporesso XROS 6 offers Eco, Normal and Power modes to change how the device delivers output.

• Eco Mode reduces output for a lighter vape and lower battery consumption.
• Normal Mode provides a balanced everyday setting.
• Power Mode delivers a stronger and warmer vape.

The device automatically matches output to compatible XROS pods, while the 0.4Ω pod lets users adjust wattage precisely for more control.

This gives the XROS 6 more flexibility than fixed-output pod systems while keeping the controls straightforward.

COREX 3.0 Pod Technology

The XROS 6 uses Vaporesso XROS COREX 3.0 Pods, which combine Vaporesso’s updated mesh and wicking structure to support consistent flavour and e-liquid flow.

COREX 3.0 incorporates a Hive Mesh Structure and Nano-Microfiber Process within the pod design. The integrated coil means you don’t need to install or replace separate coil heads.

When the coil reaches the end of its usable life, simply replace the complete pod.

VENTURI Adjustable Airflow

The Vaporesso XROS 6 uses a VENTURI airflow system designed to create a smoother and more controlled airflow path through the device.

A side airflow slider lets you adjust the draw from a tighter mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhale to a looser restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) vape.

This gives you control over how restricted the draw feels without changing devices.

60-Second Smart Prime

Vaporesso’s 60-second Smart Prime helps a freshly filled pod become properly saturated in about one minute.

After filling a new pod, allow approximately 60 seconds for the e-liquid to soak into the coil before vaping. Proper priming helps reduce the risk of firing the coil before the wick is sufficiently saturated.

Vaporesso XROS Pod Compatibility

The Vaporesso XROS 6 is compatible with the wider XROS replacement pod platform, giving you several resistance options for different vaping styles.

• 0.4Ω XROS Pod – warmer RDL vape with higher vapour output
• 0.6Ω XROS Pod – included with the kit and suited to RDL or looser MTL vaping
• 0.8Ω XROS Pod – included with the kit and suited to balanced MTL vaping

The resistance you choose affects warmth, vapour production, draw style and the type of e-liquid that best suits the setup.

Best E-Liquid for the Vaporesso XROS 6

The Vaporesso XROS 6 works well with nic salt e-liquids and 50/50 vape juice.

Nic salt and 50/50 e-liquids are particularly well suited to the higher-resistance MTL pods.

Lower-resistance pods are generally better suited to lower-strength e-liquids and a looser RDL vaping style.

High VG shortfills are generally less suitable for the higher-resistance XROS pods because of their thicker consistency.

XROS 6 vs XROS 6 Mini

Choose the Vaporesso XROS 6 if you want more control, a colour display and manual wattage adjustment.

The XROS 6 Mini is the simpler option, with no conventional screen or fire button and a smaller 1600mAh battery.

Both devices use compatible Vaporesso XROS pods, but the full XROS 6 gives you more information and control through its screen, power modes and wattage adjustment.

XROS 6 vs XROS Pro 2

The XROS 6 sits below the more premium Vaporesso XROS Pro 2 in the current XROS range.

Choose the XROS 6 if you want a balance of battery capacity, colour screen, adjustable wattage, airflow control and full XROS pod compatibility.

The XROS Pro 2 targets users who want a more premium build and higher-spec device while staying within the XROS ecosystem.

Design and Build

The Vaporesso XROS 6 measures approximately 122 × 24.5 × 14.5mm and weighs 65g, keeping it slim despite its 1800mAh battery and colour display.

The range includes the original Silk, Aurora, Carbon, and classic finishes, alongside newer Chrono, Flow, and Racing colourways.

Colour availability may vary as different finishes arrive at Legion of Vapers.
