How do I prime the coil, and what does this mean?

Priming the coil is a simple process, akin to “wetting the cotton.” Remember, these are mass-produced items that have never had any electrical power go through them. Priming allows each coil to be saturated with your chosen e-liquid. This prevents the cotton from burning when you start pumping power via your chosen mod.

Apply a few drops to the coil until the cotton inside is moist. Pop it in your tank and fill it up. We always advise you to hold it for up to 10 minutes before firing, as this allows the e-liquid to become fully saturated.

What’s the difference between UB Max V1 and V2 coils?

UB Max V2 coils are the upgraded version of the original UB Max V1 series. They share the same resistances (0.15Ω, 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω) and fit both tanks, but V2 coils are optimised for the Centaurus V2 Sub Ohm Tank with improved airflow and leak resistance. For best performance, use V1 coils with the original tank and V2 coils with the V2 tank.
