Freemax

Why We Choose Freemax Products

We’ve run Freemax tanks and coils for years and the quality has stayed consistent throughout. The flavour clarity from a fresh Freemax mesh coil is genuinely one of the better experiences at this price point. Sub-ohm coils that need replacing after a week on some other brands regularly last us ten days to two weeks on a Freemax tank with the right e-liquid and a proper prime.

• Lead-free brass and high-purity cotton used across all coil builds
• COILTECH mesh platform delivers strong, even flavour and reduced hotspots
• Multiple mesh configurations from single to sextuple mesh for different output levels
• Coil series cover MTL, RDL and DTL resistance ranges
• Tanks designed with leak-resistant construction and top-fill convenience
• Pod kits and sub-ohm kits available across all experience levels
• Consistent day-to-day performance rather than strong early results that drop off fast
• Award-backed reputation reinforced by years of community trust

If you want a tank that punches above its cost and coils that genuinely last, Freemax is a dependable choice.

How to Pick the Right Freemax Device

The right Freemax hardware depends on how you vape: your preferred draw style, the e-liquid you use, and how much output you want. Here’s a straightforward breakdown by vaper type.

For Beginners

New to vaping, or stepping away from disposables or cigarettes? The Freemax Rexa Lite or Rexa Nano are solid starting points. Both are compact pod kits with 1000mAh batteries, simple slide-fill refilling and adjustable airflow that suits both MTL and restricted direct-to-lung draws. Pair them with a 10ml nic salt at up to 20mg/ml for the most cigarette-like experience. They’re small, straightforward and easy to carry all day.

For Everyday Vapers

If you know your way around a vape but want something more capable than a basic pod kit, the Rexa S or Rexa Pro gives you more control: adjustable wattage, larger battery capacity, a proper screen, and the Duomax pod system which has a longer lifespan than standard fixed-coil pods. These work well with nic salts or 50/50 freebase liquids.

For Sub-Ohm Vapers

The Fireluke tank range is where most experienced Freemax users land. Running a mod at 50-80W with a 70/30 VG/PG shortfill? A Fireluke 3 or Fireluke 4 paired with a 0.15Ω X3 mesh coil is a strong combination. For maximum vapour production at higher wattages, the M Pro 3 with COILTECH 4.0 coils is worth serious consideration. See our shortfills range for compatible e-liquid options.

For Mod Users

The Maxus range covers vapers who want full output control. The Maxus 50W is a good entry point into Freemax mod territory: manageable size, internal battery, and temperature control included. If you’re running dual 18650 cells and want up to 200W, the Maxus 3 is the current flagship, supporting multiple output modes and pairing well with the M Pro 3 tank. Our 18650 vs 21700 battery guide is useful if you’re choosing cells for the first time.

For MTL Vapers

Most Freemax hardware is built around DTL and open-airflow vaping, but higher-resistance coil options in the 0.8Ω to 1.2Ω range, available in the Rexa pod line and some older Maxpod coils, do suit a tighter mouth-to-lung draw. Pair higher-resistance coils with a 50/50 e-liquid or nic salt for best results. Our nic salts vs freebase guide can help if you’re deciding between the two.

Why Buy Freemax from Legion Of Vapers?

100% Genuine UK Stock

Every Freemax product in our range is sourced exclusively from authorised UK distributors. That means UKCA and TPD-compliant hardware, authentic coils with the correct cotton and mesh spec, and no grey-market imports that look right in a product photo but perform differently in hand.

Counterfeit Freemax coils are a genuine problem in the UK market. Buying from an authorised retailer is the only way to guarantee you’re getting the real thing. Our guide on fake vapes covers what to watch out for if you’re ever uncertain.

Great Prices and Deals

We price Freemax hardware competitively and keep a close eye on coil costs in particular, because running costs matter as much as upfront price. Freemax coils in five-packs work out at a reasonable cost per coil, especially given the lifespan you get from a properly primed mesh coil. Check our clearance section for discounted Freemax lines, and keep an eye on multi-buy offers across coil packs.

Speedy UK Shipping

We dispatch orders quickly, with free delivery available on qualifying orders. Everything ships from the UK, so you’re not waiting on international delivery times. If you need replacement coils in a hurry or want to try a new tank without a long wait, we’ve got you covered.

Expert Customer Support

Our team are active vapers who use the hardware we sell. We’ve personally run Freemax tanks, burned through Freemax coils and worked out which coil series fits which tank the hard way, so you don’t have to. If you’re unsure which Freemax coil fits your tank, or whether a Fireluke setup is right for your mod’s wattage range, get in touch and we’ll give you a straight answer.
