Simple Screen-Free XROS Vaping

The XROS 6 Mini keeps operation straightforward. Fill the pod, adjust the airflow and inhale to vape.

There is no conventional wattage menu or fire button. Instead, the device automatically manages output based on the fitted XROS pod resistance while still offering a choice between Eco and Power modes.

Two quick draws switch between the modes. Eco provides a lighter output with reduced power consumption, while Power delivers a stronger vape. The Tidal LED indicates battery and mode status without requiring a screen.

This makes the XROS 6 Mini a practical option for both newer vapers and existing XROS users who prefer a simpler device.

1600mAh Battery and USB-C Charging

The 1600mAh built-in battery provides substantial capacity while keeping the XROS 6 Mini slim and lightweight.

Vaporesso states that the battery can provide up to four days of use under laboratory testing, although real-world battery life will vary depending on pod resistance, power mode and how often you vape.

Charging is handled through USB-C at up to 5V/2A.

For vapers moving from disposable or prefilled devices to a refillable kit, the XROS 6 Mini lets you keep using the same device while refilling the pod with your chosen e-liquid and replacing only the pod when needed.

VENTURI Adjustable Airflow

The XROS 6 Mini uses Vaporesso’s VENTURI airflow system, designed to create a smoother and more controlled airflow path through the device.

A side airflow slider lets you adjust the draw from a tighter mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhale to a looser, restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) vape, depending on your preferred XROS pod.

COREX 3.0 XROS Pods

The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini is compatible with the wider XROS pod platform, giving you resistance options for different vaping styles.

The kit includes a 0.6Ω XROS mesh pod, while compatible options include 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω pods.

The latest Vaporesso XROS COREX 3.0 Pods use Vaporesso’s updated mesh and wicking structure, designed to support consistent flavour and e-liquid flow.

Because the coil is built into the pod, there are no separate coil heads to fit. When coil performance declines, simply replace the complete cartridge.

60-Second Smart Prime

Vaporesso’s 60-second Smart Prime guidance is designed to reduce the waiting time when using a freshly filled pod.

After filling a new pod, allow approximately one minute for the e-liquid to saturate the coil before vaping.

Let the wick absorb enough e-liquid before first use to reduce the risk of firing a dry coil and support consistent flavour from a new pod.

Best E-Liquid for the XROS 6 Mini

The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini works well with nic salt e-liquids and 50/50 vape juice.

Nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids suit the higher-resistance MTL pods, while lower-resistance options can pair with lower-strength e-liquids, depending on your preferred vaping style.

High VG shortfills are generally less suitable for the higher-resistance XROS pods because of their thicker consistency.

XROS 6 Mini vs XROS 6

Choose the Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini if you want a smaller, simpler XROS device with no conventional screen or manual wattage menu.

The full Vaporesso XROS 6 adds a colour TFT display, button activation, manual wattage adjustment and a larger 1800mAh battery.

Both devices use compatible XROS pods, but the Mini focuses more heavily on straightforward auto-draw vaping.

XROS 6 Mini vs XROS 5 Mini

If you currently use the Vaporesso XROS 5 Mini, the XROS 6 Mini adds a larger 1600mAh battery, VENTURI airflow, 60-second Smart Prime and updated SSS Leak-Resistant Technology 2.0.

Existing compatible XROS pods can continue to be used with the XROS 6 Mini.

The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini measures approximately 110.7 × 24.55 × 14.65mm and weighs 55.2g, keeping it compact and lightweight despite its 1600mAh battery.

Its slim, screen-free body comes in a wide range of finishes, including the original Black, Brown, Titanium, Plume, and Jelly designs, plus newer Denim, Leather, and Racing finishes.
