Start with the nic salts at 20mg. That matches the nicotine delivery you’ve been used to from a disposable. The 120ml bottle with 100ml of liquid is the standard shortfill format. Two nic shots are included. Unscrew the childproof cap, add the nic shots into the empty space at the top of the bottle, replace the cap, give it a good shake for 30-60 seconds, and you’re ready to fill your tank.
