Falcon Coil Compatibility

HorizonTech Falcon coils were originally developed for the Falcon Tank platform and remain compatible with a wide range of Falcon Series tanks. These include the original Falcon Tank, Falcon Resin Tank, Falcon Resin Artisan Edition and selected Falcon King-compatible coil configurations.

These coils share the same platform across the Falcon tank range, allowing users to easily replace coils between compatible tanks.

Note: Falcon coils are not compatible with the HorizonTech Falcon 2 Tank, which uses its own Falcon 2 coil series.

Best E-Liquid for Falcon Coils

Falcon coils are designed for direct-to-lung vaping and perform best with high VG e-liquids, such as 70VG/30PG shortfills. Higher VG liquids allow the coil to produce dense vapour clouds while maintaining rich flavour.

Lower VG e-liquids may result in leaking or reduced performance in sub-ohm tanks.

How to Prime Falcon Coils

To extend coil lifespan and prevent dry hits, it’s important to prime your coil before first use:

1. Add a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the cotton inside the coil.

2. Install the coil into your tank.

3. Fill the tank with e-liquid.

4. Allow the coil to soak for 5–10 minutes before vaping.

Proper priming helps maximise flavour and extend coil life.
