The G5 Lite and G5 Lite SE share the same battery, power output, pod compatibility and vaping features. The main difference is the exterior design.

Uwell Caliburn G5 Lite

The standard G5 Lite has a lightweight dual-layer construction with a translucent outer shell. Its colourful finish gives it a clean and modern appearance.

Uwell Caliburn G5 Lite SE

The G5 Lite SE uses leather-effect exterior panels to provide a softer grip and a more traditional finish.

Whichever version you choose, you receive the same 1600mAh battery, automatic output, adjustable airflow and GPP pod compatibility.

1600mAh Battery and Automatic Power Output

Both devices feature a 1600mAh built-in battery, providing ample capacity for a compact refillable pod kit. Actual battery life will depend on the installed pod, draw length and frequency of use.

The device recognises the connected pod and automatically supplies a suitable power level of up to 35W. There is no wattage menu to configure, making the kit straightforward to operate.

A four-level gradient LED shows the remaining battery level during use. When the battery needs recharging, connect the device to a suitable USB-C power source.

Compatible with GPP and GPP Alpha Pods

The Caliburn G5 Lite and G5 Lite SE support Uwell’s G Pod Platform. This includes both standard Uwell Caliburn GPP Replacement Pods and the newer Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha Pods.

Standard GPP pods are available in several resistance options, including:

• 1.2Ω

These options allow you to tailor the kit for anything from a looser Restricted Direct-to-Lung inhale to a tighter Mouth-to-Lung draw.

GPP Alpha pods use Uwell’s upgraded AlphaCore technology, which is designed to improve flavour consistency, wicking performance and pod longevity. Both pod ranges contain integrated mesh coils, so the complete cartridge is replaced when the coil reaches the end of its usable life.

Adjustable MTL and RDL Airflow

Airflow can be adjusted by removing and reversing the pod. Each pod orientation provides a different airflow setting, allowing you to switch between a tighter or more open inhale.

Higher-resistance pods generally provide a tighter Mouth-to-Lung draw with less vapour. Lower-resistance options produce a warmer and more open Restricted Direct-to-Lung vape.

PRO-FOCS 4.0 Flavour Technology

Uwell’s PRO-FOCS 4.0 technology manages coil heating, airflow and e-liquid delivery to support consistent flavour throughout the pod’s usable life.

The integrated mesh coil heats a larger surface area of e-liquid than a traditional round-wire coil. This supports even vapour production without requiring separate coil installation or replacement.

Simple Draw-Activated Operation

The G5 Lite series has no fire button or complicated settings. Fill the pod, allow the coil to saturate and inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device.

Which E-Liquid Should I Use?

The Caliburn G5 Lite series is best suited to balanced e-liquids such as 50/50 VG/PG blends. Nicotine salt e-liquids can also be used, particularly with medium and higher-resistance pods.

Always match your e-liquid and nicotine strength to the selected pod resistance and your preferred vaping style. Do not allow the pod to run completely dry, as this can damage the integrated coil.

How to Use the Caliburn G5 Lite

1. Remove the pod from the device.
2. Open the pod’s filling port.
3. Fill it with a suitable e-liquid and close the port securely.
4. Leave a new pod upright for approximately five to ten minutes so the coil can fully saturate.
5. Insert the pod into the device.
6. Remove and reverse the pod to change the airflow.
7. Inhale through the mouthpiece to vape.

Replace the pod if the flavour becomes burnt, vapour production noticeably decreases, or the cartridge is damaged.
