The Vaperz Cloud XXX Reborn Mech Mod. The original 11:11 was the follow up to the much loved XXX Mod – the first device utilising the 20700 battery. The 11:11 was a tube mod made interchangeable with the XXX Mod – utilising the first variation of the Comp-S switch, it was a fuss free tube mod that was a timeless classic and brought in many of the Vaperz Cloud fan base they have today.

What is a mech mod?

Mechanical mods, otherwise known as Mech mods, Tube mods or Unregulated mods, are a simple straightforward design. They’re the simplest of all the vaping mods, yet should only be used by advanced vapers. When the 3 individual threaded sections, the switch, the 510 connector and the housing with its battery are connected together, they form the basis of the mechanical mod. Once the switch is operated, the electrical circuit is made and the battery voltage will be applied to the center pin of the 510 connector. Releasing the switch will disconnect the applied voltage to the 510 connector.

What safety precautions should I be taking when using the Vaperz Cloud 11:11 Reborn Mech Mod?

An important thing to remember is when you press the switch/button, the power of the battery will be unleashed onto the coil. There are NO safety features, there is NO protection. You WILL draw current from the battery. Legion of Vapers takes will not be held liable or responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of these advanced devices.

The current being drawn from your battery will be governed by the resistance of the coil fitted inside the tank or RBA/RTA. The lower the resistance of your coil, the more current will be drawn from your battery. Also the power (wattage) you will be vaping at is defined by the coil resistance. There are NO wattage adjustments on a mechanical mod, hence you DO need to understand the principles of Ohm’s Law.

What do I need to understand before using a mech mod?

Essentially below are the key areas you need to be fully aware of and understand:

• A good understanding of Ohm’s Law
• A full understanding of battery safety
• A full understanding battery drain
• Be in the possession of an ohm’s reader to test your coils resistance
• Be knowledgeable in coil building
